Rules For Link Exchange:
1. No porn/hentai or anything else that is bad.
2. Must be a good quality site.
3. Must be neopet, anime, graphic, or blog related site.
4. Must be active and update every month.
5. Must have my link up to prove you've read the rules.
6. Must keep in contact because I want to know those who I Link Exchange with.
7. I will probably accept most all requests.
